Spring Creek boys spot Louisburg 14-0, rally for road playoff win

LOUISBURG -- Spring Creek rallied from a 14-0 deficit and upended Louisburg, 62-59, in opening-round action of the N.C. High School Athletic Association Class 1-A playoffs Monday evening.
Brandon Gonzalez led the Gators with 20 points and Tre Hammonds added 13 points. Gary Williams had nine points.
Spring Creek (12-10 overall) visits Heide Trask on Wednesday.
