Pate, N. Duplin girls ease past Neuse Charter

SMITHFIELD -- Rylee Pate collected 18 points and North Duplin dispatched Neuse Charter, 43-35, in Carolina 1-A Conference play Friday evening.
Shaily McCarty and Mary Beth Barwick added nine and seven points, respectively. Deja Aycock (five points), Jordan Jones (three points) and Belle Scritchfield (one point) also scratched in the scorebook.
The Rebels travel to Lakewood on Jan. 31.
