Princeton dispatches Neuse Charter in volleyball

PRINCETON -- Regular-season Carolina 1-A Conference champion Princeton rolled through the opening round of the conference tournament with a 25-5, 25-8, 25-4 win over Neuse Charter on Monday.
Savanna Massengill led the Bulldogs with seven kills. Tori Paul finished with eight aces and six kills. Kasey Edwards added seven aces.
Princeton (20-1 overall) plays Spring Creek in the semifinal round today at Hobbton High School. The match begins at 7 p.m.
