North Lenoir rallies past Kinston in ECC 2A soccer

KINSTON -- North Lenoir rallied from a 2-0 deficit to score three second-half goals in a 3-2 win at Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference opponent Kinston on Tuesday evening.
Andy Garcia's goal off Uziel Garcia's assist with 19 minutes left pulled the Hawks to within 2-1. Five minutes later, Michael Bednarz scored to tie the game at 2-2.
Andy Garcia's goal off Bednarz's cross with five minutes to play gave North Lenoir the lead for good.
The Hawks (4-7-2 overall, 4-3 ECC) continue conference play today at South Lenoir.
