WCDS shuts out Ridgecroft on tennis courts

AHOSKIE -- Wayne Country Day swept Ahoskie Ridgecroft 9-0 on Tuesday afternoon.
Taylor Willman, Jennifer Potts, Ally Willman, Mollie McDonald, Meredith Roethling and Margaux Pope each earned a singles point for the Chargers. The doubles teams of Potts-A. Willman, T. Willman-Pope and Eliza Eagles-Langley Barnes were also victorious.
Wayne Country Day (10-2 overall) travels to Greenfield on Thursday.
