CBA spikers shut down Southern Wayne

DUDLEY -- Charles B. Aycock easily turned back Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference foe Southern Wayne 25-9, 25-9, 25-4 on Tuesday evening.
Madison Martin led the Golden Falcons with 11 service aces and two kills. Meredith Burroughs provided six kills and two aces. Morgan Foss supplied five aces. Aycock finished with 24 aces.
The Golden Falcons visit Greene Central today. The Saints travel to New Bern on Thursday.
