Rosewood boys fall to top-seeded East Carteret

BEAUFORT -- East Carteret started hot on the offensive end and never cooled down in an 87-65 win over Rosewood in the second round of the N.C. High School Athletic Association 1-A state playoffs.
Jyonte Raynor paced Rosewood with 29 points. Josh Davis added 13 and Dee Mabry scored 12 for the Eagles.
Rosewood finished the season 17-7 overall.
