GC boys stop SouthWest in OT

PINETOPS -- Greene Central rallied to tie the game in the fourth quarter and went on to defeat Eastern Plains 2-A foe SouthWest Edgecombe 71-66 in overtime on Wednesday.
Joseph Biggs led the Rams with 20 points. Jalyn Harper and Brandon Belcher each added 13 points in the win.
Greene Central (5-15 overall) plays host to Kinston on Friday night.
