Eastern Wayne girls beat Hunt

WILSON -- Eastern Wayne made a thrilling last-minute comeback to beat Wilson Hunt 42-37 on Friday night.
The Warriors were down by eight points with two minutes to play, but turned the tides with pressure defense.
Elondia Grant led Eastern Wayne with eight points. Tianna Christopher and Nijah Muhammed each added seven points in the win.
Eastern Wayne (2-0 overall) visits Southern Nash on Friday.
