Defending ECC champ Triton sweeps C.B. Aycock

ERWIN -- Charles B. Aycock begain Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference play with a 25-13, 25-23, 25-22 loss on Tuesday at three-time defending league champ Triton.
Madison Mercer recorded eight kills for the Golden Falcons. Courtney Warner added five aces and Madison Martin provided a strong floor game.
Aycock (1-4 overall, 0-1 ECC) continues league play Thursday when it entertains North Lenoir.
