* Baseball: C.B. Aycock 2, Southern Wayne 1 -- Gregory Johnson permitted one run in five-plus innings and logged seven strikeouts en route to the mound win. Timothy Naughton supplied 12/3 innings of no-hit relief, and earned the save. Naughton, Johnson, Logan Brown (RBI) and Rider Gardner each had one hit for the Golden Falcons. The Saints' Jacob Sasser fanned nine Aycock batters in endured the loss in a complete-game effort on the hill. The Golden Falcons (10-1 overall) entertain Triton on Friday.
