James Talbot Jeffreys Jr. died Aug. 14, 2018, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A celebration of Mr. Jeffreys' life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at St Stephen’s Episcopal Church, with a private graveside service to follow.
The family will receive friends at Mr. Jeffreys’ home Friday, Aug. 17, from 6 to 8 p.m.
