Billy Ray Baker, 70, 149 Lakewood Ave., Dudley, died Sunday in Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at New Stoney Hill United Holy Church. Entombment will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
He was born April 24, 1947, in Wayne County to Joseph Baker and Norma Kennon. He was married to Dorothy Holloman Baker.
Visitation will be an hour prior to at the church.
