Elijah Dallas "Boot" Cox, 74, 100 Southern Plaza Drive, died Thursday at home.
Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. Burial with military honors will be at Wayne Memorial Park.
He was born July 7, 1943, in Wayne County to Elijah and Flora Ann Mason Cox.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
