Chuck Moore, 71, Benson, died Wednesday at Johnston Medical Center.
Private graveside service was held Thursday at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Surviving are two sisters, Margaret Louise Melton of Owensburg, Ky., and Cheryl Kay Atkins of Pikeville; brothers, Thomas William Moore of California and Michael Richard Moore of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Chuck was a native of California, and was preceded in death by his parents, Marilyn Louise Miller Moore and Marian Elton Moore.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Arrangement are with Evergreen Funeral Home.
