Jerry Earl Shackleford 51, 1322 Rail Fence Drive, Kinston, died Tuesday at UNC Lenoir Health Care.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Heath Chapel Abundant Life Ministries. Burial will be in Mills Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m., with family present 5 to 6, at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home. At other times, the family will receive friends at home, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
