Sammy Evans, 42, died Tuesday.
He was born Oct. 19, 1975, to the late Rufus Bailey, father, his mother, Penina Carol Evans.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Liddell Davis, and his nephew, Dashawn Hill.
Visitation will be at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home from 4 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 26.
Service will be Monday, Nov. 27, at noon at Heart to Heart Prayer House at 114 N. Caswell St., LaGrange, N.C., 28551.
Sammy is survived by brothers, Charles Evans and Alexander Hargrove Bailey; sister, Tammy Mathis (Anthony); sister, Latrice Bailey; two daughters, Jacqueline King and Samyia Evans; three grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and family friends.
