Jason Lee "J.L." White Jr., 71, 558 Sanders Lane, New Bern, died Wednesday at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Mariah Missionary Baptist Church of Cove City. Burial will be in Core Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 to 6 tonight at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
