ROBERT BRUCE MOORE

Robert Bruce Moore, 63, joined his heavenly father Thursday, May 4, 2017.
He was born Jan. 26, 1954, to Marvin and Kathleen Moore.
Robert Moore married Vickie Taylor in 1984. They were happily married for 32 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin C. and Kathleen C. Moore, and one brother, Mack Stocks.
Robert was a farmer for more than 45 years in the Hugo community of Lenoir County.
He loved farming, and enjoyed spending time at the beach.
Survivors include his wife, Vickie Moore, and his children, Johnathan "Chip" Moore and wife, Gwen, Robert "Robbie" Bruce Moore Jr. and wife, Laura, Jodi Croom and husband, Timmy, R.L. Sanderson and wife, Mary Leslie, and Michelle Sanderson.
Also surviving are his grandchildren, Haley Stallings, Lauren Moore, Riley Moore, Madison Sanderson, Caleb Sanderson and Callie Sanderson, and two sisters, Phyllis Mozingo and husband, Keith, and Jean Vernon.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Farmer Funeral Service-Ayden.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, May 7, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Farmer Funeral Service chapel, with pastor Allen Ham officiating. Interment will follow the service at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Kinston, N.C.
