THOMAS A. AKERS
Retired Master Sergeant Thomas Arthur Akers, 58, died Saturday morning from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 until 6:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory. Entombment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Kokomo, Indiana.
He was born in Indiana on Nov. 1, 1958, to Wyona Williams Akers of Indiana and the late Carl Akers.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Brenda Ward Akers; two sons and two stepdaughters.
