Clifton Fryar Sr., 71, 153 Sam Fryar Lane, Faison, died Sunday at Warsaw Health and Rehabilitation.
Funeral will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Hills Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Woodrow Grandy officiating. Burial will be in Cobbs Cemetery.
Two children survive.
Born in Sampson County, he was the son of the late Samuel and Rosa Bell Fryar, and husband of Margaret Fryar.
Visitation will be 3 to 6 tonight at Garris Funeral Home chapel.
