Ida Louise Johnson Holland, 91, passed away Monday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. She is the daughter of the late Willie and Maggie Holloman Johnson, and widow of Herman Holland. She was a former treasurer of the Dudley Volunteer Fire Dept. and former secretary of the Woodman of the World.

Funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steven Wicks and the Rev. Richard Toler officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

She is survived by a son, Kenneth Holland and wife, Lisa of Dudley; daughters, Wilma Foote and husband, Gene of Mount Olive, Betty Jean Pike of Calypso, and Avis Chandler of Dudley; a brother-in-law, George Holland; sister-in-law, Joyce Johnson of Mount Olive; 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and many special nieces and nephews.
