Vernon Lester Vick Jr., 84, Kenly, died Sunday at Wilson Medical Center.
Funeral will be Friday at 7 p.m. at Kenly Missionary Baptist Church, with pastor George Arant officiating.
Born in Wilson County, he was the son of the late Vernon Vick Sr. and Martha Ward Vick.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Langley Vick, and a son.
Visitation will follow the service at the church.
