William Perry Eason II, 56, 310 Brentwood Drive, Dudley, died Saturday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Deeper Life Church Ministries. Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park.
He was born in Wayne County to William and Norma Oates Eason.
He is survived by two children.
Visitation will be Saturday from noon to 1 p.m. at the church.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
