RAYMOND M. ROYALL

Funeral services for retired United States Air Force Capt. Raymond M. Royall, 92, Anniston, will be Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016, 2 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. The Rev. Dale Baugus will be officiating.
Capt. Royall passed away Sunday at National Health Care.
Survivors include his daughter, Loray Stewart (Dr. Ronald Stewart); son, Lt. Philip Royall, United States Navy retired (Sharon); sister, Betty Jo Hanks; brother, George Royall; grandchildren, Trenton Royall, Bradley Royall, Allison Cavender, Chris Stewart, Kelly Brannam, Bethany Campbell, Heather Williams and Audrey Williams; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Capt. Royall had a very distinguished career in the United States Air Force. While serving, Capt. Royall was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and the Nation Defense Service Medal.
