Justin F. Bloomer, 31, died Tuesday.
Memorial service will be Friday at 3 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home of LaGrange.
He was the son of Gerald and Nancy Bloomer of LaGrange and Sheila and Emanual Harber of Louisville, Ky.
Visitation will follow the memorial service.
