FRANK CHASE

Joseph Franklin (Frank) Chase, 63, Goldsboro, passed away suddenly on Friday.

Frank was born in Greene County on April 9, 1953, to the late Joseph William Chase and Marie Browder Chase.

He had served his country in the United States Army and had worked with T.A. Loving Company.

Frank had a wonderful sense of humor and never took himself too seriously.

He was a good friend and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

The family will gather to receive friends on Monday, May 9, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at the home of his sister, Fannie Amos, 223B Westbrook Ave., Goldsboro.

Frank is survived by his sisters, Fannie Amos, Susan Newell and husband, Gary, and Carol Palo; brothers, Ruben Chase and wife, Louise, and Michael Chase and wife, Terri, and several nieces and nephews he loved very much.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Chase.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to Cures for the Colors, Southeastern Medical Oncology Center, 203 Cox Blvd., Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
