Anthony Earl Hendrix, 56, died Thursday at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro.
The visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
He was born in Georgia on June 29, 1959.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, William and Annie Wilson Hendrix, of Goldsboro and one daughter.
