Nathaniel Boney, 84, Rose Hill, died Friday at Vidant Duplin Hospital.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m today at Island Creek A.M.E. Church of Rose Hill.
The burial will be in the Boney family cemetery in Rose Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma Boney of Rose Hill, and one son.
The visitation was held Monday at Rose Hill Funeral Home.
