WILLIAM RAY CARR JR.
William Ray Carr Jr., 71, died Saturday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Bill was born on Jan. 2, 1945, in Wayne County, to the late William Ray Carr Sr. and Iva Everette Jinnette Carr.
He is survived by his wife, Vanessa Scales Carr, two daughters and two sons.
The family will receive friends tonight at 6 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, followed by a service at 7 p.m.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home.
