Cecilia Malinowski Woods, 92, Goldsboro, passed away Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, at Willow Creek Nursing Home.
Cecilia was born in Bay City, Mich., Feb. 25, 1923, to the late Stanislaus Malinowski and Rose Paulak Malinowski. She was married to the late William Woods.
Cecilia was a homemaker, and was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church.
She was an avid Michigan State Spartans fan -- GO GREEN.
The family will have a time of visitation Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
Cecilia is survived by her daughters, Sally Merritt and husband, Charles, of Goldsboro and Carole Sundquist of Michigan; son, Kenneth Woods and wife, Bonnye, of Michigan; grandchildren, Michelle Thompson and husband, Charles, Brian Merritt, Janis Woods, William Woods and wife, Angela, and Shawn Sundquist and wife Jenny; seven great-grandchildren; and a special godchild, Marilyn Maloney.
