Willie Mozelle Burgess, 75, of 801 Royall Ave., died Sunday, Jan. 17, at home.
A memorial celebration honoring his life will be held on Sunday, Jan. 31, at 2 p.m. at Shackle Free Church Ministries, 806 S. George Street, Goldsboro, with Pastor Ray Williams officiating.
He was born Aug. 18, 1940 in Sumter, S.C. to Jeff and Eliza Burgess.
Arrangements are with J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
