Peggy Joyce Parks Webb, 59, of 2541 Ward Blvd., Wilson, passed on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Wilson Medical Center, Wilson, N.C.
The celebration of her life will be held Friday, Jan. 29, at 1 p.m. at New Spirit Church Ministries, 1501 N. William Street, Goldsboro. She will be laid to at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 U.S. Hwy. 117, Dudley. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4 until 8 p.m. with the family arriving to receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
She was born July 27, 1956 in Wayne County to Joyce Parks and Swindell Atkinson. She is survived by her husband, Anthony Mickey Webb; her son, Aleouvie “Vee” Oates; granddaughter, Jahlessa Oates; sister, Lothedis “Ree” McKinnon and stepbrother, Cedric A. Dickerson (Mary).
