Sammie Thomas Jr., 60, 74 Josephine Drive, Snow Hill, died Monday in Vidant Hospice Center in Greenville.
Burial will be in Clarksdale, Miss.
He was born Feb. 9, 1955, in Clarksdale to Sammie Thomas Sr., and Catherine Williams Thomas.
He is survived by five children.
Visitation, with the family present, Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home.
