William Edward Starnes, 79, Warsaw, died Tuesday at home.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
He was born July 4, 1936, to the late Elman William Starnes and Eva Hall Starnes. He was married to the late Marlene Best Starnes.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home of Warsaw Inc.
