John Levi McMillan, 82, Warsaw, died Friday at Vidant Duplin Hospital in Kenansville.
Funeral will be 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mount Zion Holiness Church in Warsaw.
Visitation will be 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the church.
