Edward Daron Ward, 86, Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015, at his residence.
Edward was born Dec. 21, 1928, in Goldsboro, N.C., to the late Reuben Ward and Leona Nordan Ward.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Bernice Barwick.
He was retired from the Department of Defense and was a United States Navy veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict.
Edward is survived by his wife, Nancy North Ward; four sons, Michael (Ronda) Ward of Phoenix, Ariz., Andrew (Loni) Ward of Clarksville and Keith (Michelle) Kaufman and David (Jamie) Ward, both of Nashville; and 10 grandchildren, Drew, Kyle, Jaime, Travis, Brian, Adam, Kayla, Kira, Maisie and Joshua.
The family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date.
