Annette Sasser Talton, 76, of Pikes Cemetery Road, Pikeville, passed away Friday, June 26, 2015, at home.
A time of visitation and sharing of memories will be held Monday evening from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
A private family graveside service will be held.
Mrs. Talton was born in Wayne County on Oct. 30, 1938, to the late Jasper and Kathleen Talton Sasser.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Marion Lee Talton; one son, Rusty Talton and wife, Tammy, of Pikeville; one daughter, Shelly Pagnella and husband, Michael, of Pikeville; three brothers, Glenn Sasser and wife, Betty, of Princeton, Harry Sasser and wife, Olga, of Kernersville and Larry Sasser and wife, Jeanette, of Pikeville; three grandchildren, Kelly Ezzell and husband, Chris, Rusti Rayburn and husband, Patrick, and Paige Peele; and four great-grandchildren, Cohen and Haylee Ezzell and Leah and Karah Rayburn.
She retired from ICI Americas as an office service coordinator.
She was a sports enthusiast and enjoyed playing piano.
Mrs. Talton will be remembered for her unconditional love as a wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
