Vanzell Carr, 52, 710 Daniel Drive, Elm City, died Thursday in Wilson Medical Center.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Evening Light Holiness Church in Wilson. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery in Wilson.
He was born Oct. 29, 1962, to James Henry Carr and Evelyn Leach Carr in Wilson County.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service. The family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
