CYNTHIA L. WUNDERS

Cynthia Ann Lempka Wunders, 56, after a long illness went to be with God Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
She was born in Goshen, N.Y., to the late Leonard and Marie H. Lempka, and was married to James "Jimi" T. Wunders.
She had lived here since the 1970s.
She was a member of the Lord's Table, and a retired clerk for Five Points Convenient Store.
A Mass will be held in Goshen, N.Y., at St. John's church at a later date.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Angela Bennett, Chelsea Wunders, Megan Wunders and Alyse Wunders all of Goldsboro; a son, Michael Bennett of Wilmington; a brother, Lenny Lempka of Florida; and three grandchildren.
We thank God for his mercy; she is no longer in pain.
