Edna Earle Newsome Hines, 71, Selma, died at the University of North Carolina Hospital Tuesday.
Funeral will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating. Burial will be in Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery.
Born May 17, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Robert Earl and Thelma Pauline Braswell Newsome.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Casey Funeral Home chapel.
