Clyde Ruth Brinson, 95, 527 B Sleepy Creek Road, Dudley, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Northeast Original Free Will Baptist Church, with the Rev. Edmond Earl Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park North.
Born in Duplin County, she was the daughter of the late Jessie James and Martha Brinson.
Three children survive.
Visitation will be tonight 4 to 7 at Garris Funeral Home chapel, with the family present from 6 to 7. At other times, the family will be at the home.
