Betty Lou Shepard Ford, 64, died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Turkey Creek Cemetery in Sneads Ferry.
She was born in Onslow County on July 31, 1950, to the late Mack and Lillian Parker Shepard.
She is survived by one son and one daughter.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
