Cornell Chasten Sr., 67, Rose Hill, died Thursda at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of Rose Hill.
The burial will be in Maxwell Cemetery in Rose Hill.
The visitation will be held from 6 to 7p.m. Monday at Rose Hill Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Alderman Chasten, of Rose Hill and two sons.
