Michael James Moss, 52, 813 S. Beston Road, LaGrange, died Wednesday at his home.
Funeral service will be Sunday at 3 p.m. in Pikeville Cemetery; the Rev. Dennis Pollock will officiate.
The family will receive family and friends following the service at the graveside.
Surviving is his wife of 14 years, Lori James Moss; daughters, Michelle Anderson (David) of Pikeville, Candace Nikki Gibb (Cori) and Autumn McFaul (Nicholas), both of Goldsboro; sons, Walter Brooks Moss and Brett Smith, of Goldsboro; brothers, David Bevan of Virginia and Nigel Bevan of Statesville; sisters, Tina Walker (Doug) of Columbus and Karen Otey of Kannapolis; grandchildren, Gentry Morgan Gibb, Warren James Gibb and Emily Rae Anderson.
A native of Wayne County, he was preceded in death by his parents, Doreen Griffin Moss and William M. Moss, and a brother, Steven Moss.
