Dwight Scott Smith, 70, Warsaw, died Monday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Warsaw Baptist Church, with visitation following.
He was born Aug. 11, 1944, in Lenoir County to Hopton Smith and Hazel Merdrith Smith. He was married to Karen H. Smith.
He is survived by a son and two daughters.
