Mr. Robert Earl Cook, 54, of 133 Hope Blvd., Dudley, departed his earthly life on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Robert was born in Norfolk County, England on Oct. 22, 1960, to the late Mrs. Pamela Rudkin Cook and Mr. Luther Cook.
Mr. Cook's funeral ceremony will be conducted in the future.
Mr. Cook leaves to cherish his loving and precious memories to his wife, Mrs. Tracy Outlaw Cook; his daughter, Ms. Sara Beth Cook; his three grandchildren; his sister, Mrs. Penny Cook Luna; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
The family takes this opportunity to thank anyone that performed any acts of kindness toward the Cook Family.
