Francis E. "Frank" Raper, 82, passed away Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The family will receive friends Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015, from 1 to 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Goldsboro, followed by a service celebrating Frank's life at 3 p.m. in the sanctuary, with Dr. Glenn Philllips officiating.
