Freddie Lee Dawson, 67, Nevada, formerly of Goldsboro, died Dec. 19 in Las Vegas.
Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Central Heights Free Will Baptist Church, with elder Scottie Rodgers as eulogist. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born in Wayne County March 23, 1947, to Luther and Maude Smith Dawson.
He is survived by his wife and children.
Visitation will be tonight 5 to 7, with the family present 6 to 7, at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Michelle Dawson Coley at 202 Bayleaf Drive, Goldsboro, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
