Willie "Nick" Herring, 68, 104 Devonshire Drive, died Friday at home.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in James T. Haskins Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 9, 1946, in Wayne County to L. Edward Herring and Sarah Phillips Herring.
He is survived by his children.
Visitation Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at 903 B Lincoln Drive, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
